PUMPKIN PIE 1

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 can (29 oz) pumpkin
bullet1 1/4 cups sugar
bullet2 tsp cinnamon
bullet1/2 tsp ginger
bullet1 box yellow cake mix
bullet1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
bullet3 eggs, beaten
bullet1 tsp nutmeg
bullet1 cup chopped walnuts
bullet1 cup butter, melted

DIRECTIONS:  Combine ingredients except the cake mix, nuts & butter, mixing well.  Pour into a 9 x 12 inch baking dish.  Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the top, then top with the nuts & drizzle the butter over all.  Bake at 350 F (176.67 C) for one hour.  Cool & serve.

SERVINGS:  6-8                                TIME: 1 hour

SERVING TIPS:  A real good upside down pumpkin pie, great with whipped cream.
