PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine cream cheese, sugar & vanilla with electric mixer using medium speed blending well. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir in the pumpkin & spices into 1 cup of the batter. Pour remaining plain batter into the crust & top with the pumpkin batter. Bake at 350 F (176.67 C) for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set.
