POTATO DOGS INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 450 F (232.22 C). Blend flour, egg, mashed potatoes, onion & cilantro mixing well. Split the dogs lengthwise (about 3/4 ways through) to form a pocket & place dogs on a baking dish. Cook about 10 minutes or until potato starts to brown. Meanwhile toast the buns.
