POTATO DOGS
INGREDIENTS:
 | 10 hot dogs |
| 10 hot dog buns |
| 1 Tbsp flour |
| 1 egg, beaten |
| 2 cups mashed potatoes, cold |
| 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 cup onion, minced |
| 2-3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped (or to taste) |
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 450 F (232.22 C). Blend flour, egg, mashed potatoes, onion & cilantro mixing well. Split the dogs lengthwise (about 3/4 ways through) to form a pocket & place dogs on a baking dish. Cook about 10 minutes or until potato starts to brown. Meanwhile toast the buns. Serve dogs on the buns with choice of mustard or Ketchup.
