POTATO CASSEROLE 1
INGREDIENTS:
 | 6 potatoes, cooked & peeled |
 | 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
 | 1/4 cup butter, melted plus 2 Tbsp |
 | 1/3 cup green onion, chopped |
 | Salt & pepper to taste |
 | Chopped parsley to taste |
 | 2 cups sour cream, at room temperature |
DIRECTIONS: Coarsely shred
potatoes. Add cheese & melted butter. Mix lightly then add
onion, salt, pepper & sour cream. Mix lightly. Dot with
additional butter & bake for 25 minutes at 350 F (176.67 C).
