POTATO CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 F (176.67 C). Place potatoes in a large pot & cover with fresh water. Boil uncovered 12-15 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain well. Add onion, butter, milk, salt & pepper. Beat with a blender until mixture is smooth. Stir into a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with pan spray. Sprinkle the cheese on top & pour the cream over the top. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until heated & edges are golden brown. SERVINGS: 8 TIME: 1 hour POTATO CASSEROLE |
