PORK TENDERLOIN

INGREDIENTS:

bullet4 Tbsp honey
bullet2 Tbsp cider vinegar
bullet2 Tbsp brown sugar
bullet1 Tbsp Dijon style mustard
bullet1 lean pork tenderloin, about 1 LB (+)

DIRECTIONS:  Preheat oven to 375 F (190.56 C).  Combine honey, cider vinegar, brown sugar & mustard.  Mix well & coat pork thoroughly with the sauce.  Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally until thermometer registers 155 F.  Slice thinly.
