POACHED EGG ON TOAST +/- INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Place egg into a pan of boiling water with 1 tsp of butter, reduce heat to a simmer & cook egg until yoke is firm. Remove to a slice of your choice of buttered toast or muffins, top with cilantro, salt & pepper & your choice of sauce. SERVINGS: 1 TIME: 10 minutes SERVING TIPS: Also great with pan gravy.
