PIZZA CRUST 2

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 3/4 cups bread flour
bullet3/4 cup oats
bullet1 Tbsp sugar
bullet1 tsp salt
bullet3 Tbsp peanut oil (reserve 1 Tbsp for baking)
bullet3/4 cup cold water
bullet1 tsp bread machine yeast

DIRECTIONS:  Add ingredients to your bread machine in the order listed (unless your machine has a different recommended sequence).  Select dough/manual cycle.  When cycle is complete remove dough to a lightly floured surface & knead, if necessary, in enough flour to make it easy to handle.  Roll to a 12 inch circle & place on a preheated pizza pan.  Form a rim by pinching the edges of the dough.  Brush surface with reserved 1 Tbsp oil.  Pick the dough randomly with a fork.  Add desired toppings & bake at 425 F in the lower part of your oven for 20 minutes or until done.
