INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Split pitas in half by opening from the edges. On the rough side of the pita's spread each lightly with butter & then sprinkle the cheese generously over each. Cut each into 8 triangles & place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 F until golden & crisp, about 5-8 minutes, watch carefully. SERVING TIPS: Allow to chill & store in air-tight bag in the refrigerator. Send to lunch with the kids, have available for the kids after school, take them to work, serve as an appetizer or eat them warm. Nice with a dip. PITA CRISPS |
