PIE SHELL FOR FRESH FRUIT

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 medium jar of apricot jam
bullet2 tsp brandy

DIRECTIONS:  Combine ingredients in a sauce pan & heat 3-4 minutes, stirring to mix well.  Strain & return to the jar.  Chill.  When ready to use brush a small portion of the jam over your pie shell, including the sides.  You can do this before cooking the pie shell or after it has cooked.
