PICKLED EGGS 2 INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine mustard, salt & pepper with a small amount of vinegar to form a paste. Add paste to the boiling hot vinegar, stir about 1 minute to mix well. Spike each egg with 4 cloves & put eggs in a glass jar. Pour boiling vinegar over them. Cover & refrigerate for 2 weeks. SERVINGS: 6 eggs PICKLED EGGS 2 |
