INGREDIENTS:
 | 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves |
 | 3/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese |
 | 3/4 cup virgin olive oil |
 | 2 Tbsp pine nuts |
 | 4 cloves garlic |
DIRECTIONS: Combine dry ingredients in a
blender & process until finely chopped. Gradually add the oil &
process until mixture is smooth.
SERVINGS: 1 1/4 cup
