PEPPER STEAK 1

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 1/4 lb flank steak
bullet1/2 tsp salt
bullet1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
bullet1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
bullet1/2 tsp garlic powder
bullet2 Tbsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS:  Heat oil in a heavy skillet.  Combine salt, pepper & garlic & pack half the mixture on one side of the steak, cover with wax paper & pound in with a wooden mallet, turn & do the same to the other side.  Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes per side.  Remove & allow juices to set.  Serve.
