PEPPER STEAK INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Pound pepper corns into steak (place crushed pepper corns on the steak, cover with wax paper to keep the pepper from getting into the air), do on both sides. Sauté steaks in oil to brown on both sides to medium rare. Remove to a plate & cover to keep warm. Add remaining ingredients except cream & sauté until soft & then add the cream, do not boil. Pour sauce over the steak & serve. SERVING: 2 TIME: 40 minutes PEPPER STEAK |
