PECAN WAFFLES INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Add the egg yokes, butter & milk. Combine in a few strokes then fold in the egg whites & pecans. Cook in a waffle iron in batches keeping cooked waffles warm until ready to serve. SERVES: 6 SERVING TIPS: Serve with fresh fruit on top at breakfast or whipped cream for dessert or brunch.
