INGREDIENTS:
 | 4 medium size ripe Bartlett pears, cored &
sliced |
 | 4-5 cups
assorted mixed fresh salad greens, torn into pieces (romaine lettuce, red
leaf lettuce, arugula, endive, water cress, shredded red cabbage, etc of
choice |
 | 3/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted |
 | 6 tsp blue
cheese, crumbled |
 | Salt & pepper to taste |
 | Blue cheese dressing to taste |
DIRECTIONS: Combine pears, greens, toasted
almonds & salt/pepper mixing well. Chill. Divide to 6 salad
plates, top with blue cheese dressing then sprinkle 1 tsp crumbled blue
cheese over each salad & serve.
