PEANUT SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Bring oil & paprika to a simmer in a sauce pan. Transfer to a bowl & allow the paprika to settle to the bottom. Pour oil only into a skillet, taking care not to include the settling paprika in the bowl. Discard the left over paprika. Add onion to the skillet & cook over medium heat until onions are tender, add pepper & cumin cooking while stirring a few seconds. Add the peanuts, milk & cilantro bring to a boil. Transfer to a blender & process until chunky smooth. Add salt to taste, serve warm. SERVING TIPS: Serve over pasta, potatoes & chicken....or !!!!!! PEANUT SAUCE |
