PEACH PIE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Layer sliced peaches in the pie shell & set aside. Combine mashed peaches, sugar, corn starch & water in a sauce pan & cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat & add butter & almond extract, stir well. Cool slightly then pour over the sliced peaches. Refrigerate until chilled. SERVINGS: 6 TIME: 30 minutes SERVING TIPS: Goes well with ice cream or whipped topping. Recipe works well with nectarines instead of peach. PEACH PIE |
