PASSION FRUIT SUNDAES INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Cut passion fruits in half horizontally & scoop the pulp into a fine-mesh strainer placed over a small bowl or measuring cup. Press the pulp to strain out the seeds & to puree the pulp. You should end up with about 1/3 cup. Stir rum & lime into puree. Place one scoop of ice cream in each of four individual serving bowls. Drizzle about 1 Tbsp puree over each scoop. Top each with another scoop of ice cream, then the remaining puree. Scatter diced mango over sundaes. SERVES: 4 TIME: 20 minutes PASSION FRUIT SUNDAES
