PAN GRAVY INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Place cooked meat on a warm platter, keeping warm while preparing gravy. Pour drippings from the pan into a bowl, leaving brown particles in the pan. Scrape the pan to loosen these particles. Return 2 Tbsp drippings to the pan. Stir in the flour & cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth & bubbly. Remove from heat & stir in the broth, mixing well. Return to heat & bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil 2 minute. Salt & pepper to taste. SERVINGS: About 1 cup TIME: 15 minutes PAN GRAVY |
