OYSTER STUFFING
INGREDIENTS:
 | 2 Pkg (12 oz) packaged corn bread cut into large cubes |
 | 1 stick butter |
 | 3 stalks celery, diced |
 | 3 medium onions, chopped |
 | 1 tsp salt |
 | 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning |
 | 1 cup chicken broth |
 | 1 egg, lightly beaten |
 | 1 pint oysters, including juice |
DIRECTIONS: Using a large sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat &
cook celery & onions until the onions are translucent. Add the salt
& poultry season. Place corn bread into a large bowl, add chicken
broth, egg, onion & celery & oysters with liquid mixing well. Corn
bread will crumble.
SERVINGS: Stuff a 10-14 LB turkey
