ORIENTAL TURKEY STUFFING INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine chicken broth, Mirin & soy sauce, set aside. Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Cook onions & celery for one minute. Add chestnuts, bamboo shoots & mushrooms, continue cooking for 1 minute. Add liquid mixture. Turn off heat & add stuffing mix. Stuff a 10 LB turkey or roast & cook per meat instructions. Can also be baked separately but it is best used to stuff a bird or roast. SERVINGS: 1 turkey (10 LB) SERVING TIPS: Use to stuff turkey, chicken, goose, boned pork, beef or lamb roast.
