INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: After trimming off the hard base of the asparagus steam for 5-7 minutes or until tender crisp. Meanwhile using a sauce pan melt the butter then add the orange juice, orange & lemon zest, stirring until well blended. Place asparagus on a platter & pour sauce over the asparagus. Serve warm. SERVES: 4 (2 in my house) TIME: 25 minutes ORANGE-ASPARAGUS |
