OKRA SALSA INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Bring water to a boil, add onion, garlic, salt, cayenne & pepper. Return to a boil & add okra, boil until liquid is almost evaporated, about 15 minutes. Using a sieve, drain & rinse under cold water, drain well. Refrigerate 1 hour, mixing a couple times. Serve cold. SERVINGS: 2 cups SERVING TIPS: Do not prepare more than 6 hours in advance.
