OATMEAL & APPLE

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 cup apple juice
bullet1 cup water
bullet1 apple, peeled, cored, chopped
bullet1 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
bullet1/4 cup raisins
bullet1/8 tsp salt
bullet1/8 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:  Combine juice, water & apple in microwave safe bowl & cook at full power about 3 minutes, stirring after 1 1/2minutes. Add oats, raisins, salt & cinnamon.  Cook at 50 % power 4-5 minutes stirring after 2 minutes.  Cook until thickened, stir & serve.

SERVINGS:  2                                    TIME:  15 minutes
