DIRECTIONS: Combine juice, water & apple in microwave safe bowl & cook at full power about 3 minutes, stirring after 1 1/2minutes. Add oats, raisins, salt & cinnamon. Cook at 50 % power 4-5 minutes stirring after 2 minutes. Cook until thickened, stir & serve. SERVINGS: 2 TIME: 15 minutes OATMEAL & APPLE
