NEXT DAY RIBS

INGREDIENTS:

bullet8-10 LB pork ribs, fat removed, cut in half lengthwise
bulletBARBEQUE SAUCE 2
bulletSalt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:  If desired, separate ribs into 3-4 rib sections.  Place ribs in a large baking dish & spread with 1-2 cups BBQ sauce.  Cover with foil & bake at 450 F (232.22 C) for 1 hour 15 minutes.  Remove & uncover, allow to cool then refrigerate overnight.  The next day bring the ribs to room temperature & cook over medium-high coals basting with additional BBQ sauce & turning once until ribs are cooked & well heated.  Serve with additional BBQ sauce that you have heated, if desired.
