MUSHROOM STEAK
INGREDIENTS:
 | Prepare PEPPER STEAK 1 |
| 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms |
| 1 Tbsp olive oil |
| 1/2 cup dry red wine |
| 1 jar (12 oz) prepared brown gravy |
| 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped |
DIRECTIONS: While steak is being prepared cook mushrooms in the oil about 3 minutes, add the wine & gravy & sauté 2-3 minutes or until well heated, add thyme & sauté 2 more minutes. Cut steak into 4 servings & serve with mushroom sauce over the steak.
SERVINGS: 4 TIME: 25 minutes
