MUSHROOM & SCALLION FILLING INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Cut bacon into 1/2" diced pieces. Cook bacon & scallions over medium heat until bacon begins to brown & scallions are tender. Increase heat to medium-high & add mushrooms. Cook stirring often until mushrooms begin to brown. Stir in salt & pepper to taste. Remove from heat, stir in parsley. SERVINGS: 4 SERVING TIPS: Great in omelets or to top grilled fish.
