MEXICAN RICE

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 Tbsp vegetable oil
bullet1 cup white rice
bullet1 clove garlic
bullet1/2 of a bouillon cube
bullet1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
bullet2 cups water

DIRECTIONS:  Combine oil & rice in a sauce pan & cook over medium heat stirring until golden brown, about 10 minutes.  Add the garlic, bouillon, tomato sauce & water.  Bring to a boil, cover & reduce heat to a simmer.  Simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
