INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 1/4 LB BASIC HAMBURGER |
 | 1/4 LB lean ground pork or veal |
 | 1/4 cup (extra) seasoned brad crumbs |
 | 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce |
 | 1/4 tsp celery salt |
 | 1/4 tsp dry mustard |
 | 1/4 cup milk (or soy milk) |
 | 6-8 pimiento-stuffed olives, thinly sliced |
 | 1 carrot, shredded |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients mixing
well. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until juices run
clear & meat is done.
SERVINGS: 6
TIME: 1 1/2 hours
SERVING TIPS: This meal is great with GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
and your choice of gravy.
