MAYONNAISE CAKE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Using a large bowl mix sugar, water, mayo & vanilla then gently fold in remaining ingredients except the food coloring. Mix well then add the food coloring. Pour into two 8" cake pans that are well greased. Bake at 375 F (190.56 C) for 20-25 minutes or until done (toothpick comes out clean). Cool on wire racks & frost with fudge frosting. SERVES: 8 TIME: 35-40 minutes MAYONNAISE CAKE
