MAPLE CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Skin & bone the chicken then chop fine, should be at least 1 1/2 cups. Toss together the slaw, chicken & pea's. Whisk together syrup, vinegar, oil, mustard & salt-pepper. Pour over the chicken salad & toss to coat well. Place on serving plates & top with the almonds. SERVINGS: 6 TIME: 20 minutes MAPLE CHICKEN SALAD
