LIME DRESSING
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
| 1 Tbsp Worstershire sauce |
| 2/3 cup olive oil |
| 1 tsp soy sauce |
| Juice of 1 large lime |
| 1 tsp grated lime rind |
| 1 garlic, crushed |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients in a bowl or jar, mix well by shaking or whisking. Refrigerate until ready to use, then return to room temperature and drizzle over salad of choice.
SERVINGS: about 1 cup TIME: 15 minutes
