TOOLS YOU WILL NEED: Roasting pan, foil, kitchen knife. INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Peel off outer skin from leg of lamb & with the tip of a knife puncture the lamb & insert a whole, peeled clove of garlic in each slit. Rub outside of meat with salt & lemon pepper. Sprinkle chopped rosemary over entire surface. Put lamb in a roasting pan & cover with foil. Roast at 350 F for about 2 1/2 hours, depending on size of roast. Lamb should be slightly rare.
