INGREDIENTS:
 | 3 cucumbers, chopped |
 | 3 tomatoes, chopped |
 | 1 green bell pepper, chopped |
 | 3-4 green onions, chopped |
 | 1-2 stalks celery, chopped |
 | Good quality olive oil to taste |
 | Lemon juice to taste |
 | Salt to taste |
 | Zaatar (Israeli spice used in middle eastern dishes) to taste |
DIRECTIONS: Vegetables should be finely
chopped. Combine vegetables & add oil, lemon juice, salt & zaatar
to taste, mixing well. Allow to chill covered for a couple of hours then
serve at room temperature.
