ISRAELI SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

bullet3 cucumbers, chopped
bullet3 tomatoes, chopped
bullet1 green bell pepper, chopped
bullet3-4 green onions, chopped
bullet1-2 stalks celery, chopped
bulletGood quality olive oil to taste
bulletLemon juice to taste
bulletSalt to taste
bulletZaatar (Israeli spice used in middle eastern dishes) to taste

DIRECTIONS:  Vegetables should be finely chopped.  Combine vegetables & add oil, lemon juice, salt & zaatar to taste, mixing well.  Allow to chill covered for a couple of hours then serve at room temperature.
