IRISH COFFEE
INGREDIENTS:
 | 4 cups strong fresh coffee |
| 1/4 cup sugar |
| 1/2 cup whiskey |
TOPPING
| 1 cup whipping cream |
| 2 Tbsp sugar |
| 2 Tbsp Irish whiskey |
DIRECTIONS: To prepare topping whip cream until light, beat in sugar & whiskey. Place coffee in a sauce pan with 1/4 cup of sugar (or to taste). Add 1/2 cup Irish whiskey & heat well. Do not boil. Pour coffee into mugs & spoon whipped cream topping on top.
