DIRECTIONS: In a food processor mince garlic. Drain garbanzos, reserving liquid. Add garbanzos, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini & salt. Process until smooth. Add bean liquid to thin to a dipping consistency, If needed. Place in a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley. SERVINGS: 2 cups SERVING TIPS: Use as a spread or a dip. HUMMUS |
