HOT DOG SPREAD
INGREDIENTS:
 | 8 hot dogs, chopped |
| Grated cheddar cheese to taste |
| Celery, (quantity to taste), strings removed & finely chopped |
| Mustard to taste |
| 10 slices toasted bread, cut to desired size & shape |
DIRECTIONS: Combine dogs, cheese, celery & mustard in a food processor & process until well mixed and smooth. Adjust seasoning. Divide mixture onto toast.
SERVINGS: About 5 TIME: 20 minutes
SERVING TIPS: If preparing mixture for tomorrows lunch place mixture in a plastic container with a lid, the toast in a zip lock bag & combine when lunch time arrives. (If sending to school, make sure to include a plastic spoon to spread the mixture. See PACKING A LUNCH.
