HOT DOG SALAD 2

INGREDIENTS:

bullet8 hot dogs, cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices
bullet1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
bullet1/2 cup dill pickle, coarsely chopped
bullet1 cup salad dressing of choice (SALAD DRESSING)
bullet1 onion, cut in half then thinly sliced
bullet1 head Romaine lettuce, torn into pieces

DIRECTIONS:  Combine hot dogs, beans, pickles, onion & salad dressing tossing to coat & mix well.  Chill.  When ready to serve arrange lettuce on a plate & top with the mixture.

SERVINGS:  6                                   TIME:  20 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  Salad is good either chilled or at room temperature.  If preparing as a "pack a lunch" place ingredients less the lettuce in a 1 quart plastic zip lock bag & the lettuce in another bag.  When ready to eat combine to mix well.  More SALADS.
