HOT DOG FINGERS

INGREDIENTS:

bullet4 hot dogs, brushed with a small amount of BBQ sauce
bulletChoice of cheese cut into 1/4 inch squares
bullet1 can apricot halves, well drained
bullet16 maraschino cherries

DIRECTIONS:  Lightly broil hot dogs, drain on paper towels & cut into 1/4-1/2" slices.  Arrange dogs, cheese & fruit on a large toothpick or cocktail pick.  Refrigerate 30 minutes to let flavors set.  Serve at room temperature.

SERVINGS:  16                                    TIME:  20 minutes
