HONEY BEETS
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 can (15 oz) small whole beets, drained |
| 3 Tbsp cider vinegar |
| 3 Tbsp honey |
| 1/8 tsp salt |
| 1/8 tsp pepper |
| 1/4 tsp grated orange peel |
| 1 Tbsp butter or margarine |
DIRECTIONS: Cut beets into 1/2 inch pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan & heat, stirring to mix well. Add the beets & cook over low heat until beets are warm.
SERVINGS: 4 TIME: 20 minutes
