HIBISCUS PUNCH INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Using a medium sauce pan simmer cinnamon in 4 cups water for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat & add hibiscus & lemon juice. If making in advance this concentrate can be refrigerated or frozen. To serve add remaining water & serve over ice. Garnish with fresh strawberry, slice of lemon or slice of peach. SERVINGS: 18 cups TIME: 20 minutes (+) SERVING TIPS: Note: You can purchase hibiscus flowers from your local grocery store and these are best as they have not been contaminated by any spray.
