INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 cup plain yogurt
bullet1/4 cup Grape Nuts
bullet1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
bullet1 apple, diced

DIRECTIONS:  Combine all ingredients mixing well & SIT DOWN to eat.
