INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Lightly butter a large casserole & preheat the oven to 325 F. Slice the eggs & potatoes into thin rounds & layer the casserole with potato, egg, salt, paprika & some sour cream. Then some of the sliced ham. Continue making layers ending with potato on top. Combine the bread crumbs with some melted butter & spread on top. Bake for 1 hour or until a nice golden brown. SERVINGS: 4 TIME: 1 hour 15 minutes HAM & POTATO CASSEROLE |
