HAM & EGGS

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 cup finely chopped or shredded baked ham
bullet4 eggs
bullet1 tsp water
bulletPepper to taste
bulletChopped cilantro to taste

DIRECTIONS:  Preheat oven to 325 F (162.78 C).  Combine ham, water, pepper &cilantro, mixing well.  Press mixture into 4 greased muffin tins making a hollow in the center of each.  Open each egg into the cavity & bake until eggs are firm.  Remove & serve on toast or half of English muffin.
