INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Spread bread evenly over bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 baking pan. Cut ham into thin strips covering the bread. In a large bowl beat eggs, milk & sour cream until smooth. Stir in the cheese, onions & celery. Pour over the ham. Bake uncovered at 325 F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. SERVES: 8-10 TIME: 1 hour HAM CASSEROLE |
