HAMBURGER STEAK
INGREDIENTS:
 | 2 LB ground beef |
 | 2 tsp pitted black olives, drained & finely chopped |
 | 1 large mushroom, finely chopped |
 | 2 slices bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled |
 | 1/8 tsp garlic powder |
 | Beef broth to moisten |
 | 1 Tbsp salsa |
 | Olive oil |
 | Salt & pepper to taste |
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients
except salsa, mixing well. Divide into 3 portions & form into
patties. Lightly brush both sides with oil & broil until done but
center is pink. Divide salsa onto top of each patty.
