INGREDIENTS:
 | 4 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded & mashed |
 | 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped |
 | 1 onion, finely diced |
 | 2-4 jalapeno chilies, minced (seeded for a milder
taste) |
 | 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
 | 1 tsp dried oregano |
 | 1 (or more) clove garlic, mashed |
 | Juice of 1 lime |
 | Hot pepper sauce to taste |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients mixing
well. Cover & refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
SERVING TIPS: Try topping the bowl with sour
cream as you serve it.
