TOOLS YOU WILL NEED: Measuring cup, large glass dish with cover, blender, cheese cloth or sieve, kitchen knife, grill with grilling spatula & tongs. INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Add boiling water &coconut milk to blender & mix for 1 minute. Strain mixture through a cheese cloth & add chopped garlic. Place fish in a glass dish & cover with the marinate. Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator, covered, turning at least once. Remove from the marinade & grill over medium-hot grill for about 3 minutes, turn & grill another 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with peanut sauce or sauce of choice. SERVINGS: 2 SERVING TIPS: Prepare your own peanut sauce by combining lime juice, sugar, crushed peanuts, cayenne, & the left-over marinade in a sauce pan to heat, do not boil. GRILLED TILAPIA |
