INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Rinse the mushrooms in cold water & pat them dry with a paper towel. Pour vinaigrette into a glass dish & put the mushrooms in the dish, stem side up & spoon some of the vinaigrette into the caps. Let them sit for about 1-15 minutes. Remove to a medium-hot grill & cook for 8-10 minutes, turn & cook another 8-10 minutes or until cooked. Remove & serve, see below. SERVING TIPS: Place a mushroom on toasted burger bun with your choice of accompaniments; or slice the mushroom & serve on the side of fish, poultry or steak. GRILLED PORTABELLA MUSHROOM |
